John Jeffrey (CEO):
John joined VBN in August 2003 to help Simon Elliott drive the company forward through its next phase of development. John Joined VBN after a number of years as European Projects Director at GE Network Solutions. Having managed teams in Sales, professional services and customer support, John is well versed in all aspects of managing a multi faceted business, leads by example and is an advocate of requirements management and design as a methodology for delivering products and services on time and to budget.
John has over 25 years experience in IT and spent several years working in both Europe and the US

Simon Elliott (CTO):
Simon founded VBN in November 1999 while working for Analysys Ltd as a Software Engineer and Consultant. In his initial role as Technical Director, Simon was closely involved in the creation of the VBN software architecture.
Before founding VBN and while working for Analysys, Simon was involved in the setting up of the Cambridge Network, acting as the Website Project Manager during both its setup period and first two years of operation.

Constanz Van Wyk (Software Development Manager):
Constantz has been with VBN since mid 2003 and currently in the role of Software Development Manager. He has been leading the development team towards a more structured and co-ordinated team effort. List of undertakings includes new project development for clients as well as core ammends, integration .NET into the VBN-platform, managing and overseeing hosting of servers to new partners, and more.
Before VBN, he was Accounts Development Team Leader with Rarrigini & Rosso, Senior Developer with easyValue, ATS and others.
